Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the BiasForge website, dashboard, trading journal, AI features and auto-trading service (together, the "Service"), operated by the owner of BiasForge ("we", "us", the "Operator"). By creating an account, connecting your Discord account or wallet, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. No financial advice — information only

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice. All charts, signals, scores, indicators, "bias" readings, liquidation estimates, AI chat responses, journal statistics, news items and any other content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are the output of automated software and statistical models that can be — and often are — wrong. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, financial advisor, portfolio manager or fiduciary, and no advisor–client relationship is created by your use of the Service. Any decision to trade, and every individual trade, is your decision alone, made at your own risk. If you need investment advice, consult a licensed professional.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies is highly speculative. Trading them with leverage (the Service supports third-party venues offering up to 250x) is extremely risky:

• You can lose your entire collateral very quickly, including through liquidation, price gaps, funding fees, slippage and network congestion.
• Automated signals and models are based on historical data; markets change, and past performance never guarantees future results.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Software bugs, third-party outages (wallets, RPC nodes, the Jupiter protocol, exchanges), and delayed or incorrect market data can all cause losses.
• "Liquidation heatmap" and similar overlays are estimates computed from public volume data, not actual exchange liquidation data.

Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

3. Eligibility and compliance

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. Leveraged crypto derivatives are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions; you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any trading feature, is legal where you live, and for any taxes arising from your trading. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including where we believe use is unlawful.

4. Your account

Sign-in is via Discord. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account, your wallet(s) and any device you use. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Free-tier features are provided as-is and may change; paid tiers ("Pro", "Platinum") are activated manually after payment arranged through our Discord server and run for the granted period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; we may change tier contents and pricing prospectively at any time.

5. Manual trading — you sign everything

The trading cockpit is non-custodial. When you place a manual trade, the Service only helps you build a transaction for a third-party protocol (Jupiter Perps on Solana); the transaction is signed inside your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter or compatible) and only after you approve it there. We never hold your funds and never see the private keys of wallets you connect for manual trading. Every manual trade is initiated, reviewed, approved and signed by you. You are solely responsible for verifying order parameters (side, size, leverage, stop-loss, take-profit) before approving a transaction.

6. Auto trading (Platinum) — an authorization you give and control

Auto trading is an optional, off-by-default Platinum feature. If you enable it, you expressly authorize the Service to prepare, sign and submit trades on your behalf, from your designated wallet, without a per-trade confirmation, strictly within the limits you configure (trading style/mode, weekly deployment cap, maximum risk per trade). You acknowledge and agree that:

• To sign on your behalf, you provide the private key of a wallet you designate. It is stored encrypted at rest and used only to sign trades under this authorization. Only fund that wallet with what you are willing to trade. Despite industry-standard safeguards, no storage of key material is risk-free, and you accept that residual risk.
• Trades are generated by an automated statistical system that will take losing trades. No profit, win rate or performance level is promised or implied, and results shown anywhere (including historical or paper-trading results) do not predict your results.
• You can disable auto trading, remove your key, lower your limits, or detach any open position at any time; detached and manually-managed positions are entirely yours to handle.
• Every trade executed under your configuration is legally your trade, as if you had placed it yourself. You are responsible for monitoring the feature and for all outcomes, fees and taxes.
• The feature may pause, malfunction, miss trades, or close trades at unfavorable prices due to bugs, outages, market conditions or third-party failures. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

7. AI features (Platinum)

The AI chat and AI journal coaching generate content with large language models. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, may misread live data, and is never financial advice or a recommendation. Do not rely on it as your sole basis for any decision. AI conversations are processed by a third-party AI provider and are stored; they may be reviewed by the Operator for quality, abuse-prevention and security purposes (see the Privacy Policy). Do not submit confidential or sensitive information in chat.

8. Trading Journal and your content

You keep ownership of content you add to the journal (entries, notes, screenshots). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content back to you, including to generate recaps, statistics and (on Platinum) AI coaching for your account. You must not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use. Auto-journal entries are generated from your own trading activity as a convenience and may contain estimation errors — verify against your wallet and the venue's records; those records prevail.

9. Acceptable use

• No attempts to breach, probe or overload the Service, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer non-public parts of the system.
• No use of the Service for market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any unlawful activity.
• No scraping, reselling or redistributing signals or data feeds without written permission.
• No attempts to make the AI features act outside these Terms or reveal internal systems.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties we do not control, including Discord (login), wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter), the Solana network, the Jupiter Perps protocol, market-data providers and news sources. Their availability, accuracy and conduct are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, including protocol exploits, oracle failures, wallet bugs or data errors.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, models, branding and content (other than your content and third-party content), belongs to the Operator and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS OR DATA ARE ACCURATE OR TIMELY, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY FEATURE WILL BE PROFITABLE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CRYPTOASSETS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE — INCLUDING LOSSES FROM SIGNALS, AI OUTPUT, MANUAL TRADES OR AUTO TRADING — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (SUCH AS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trades, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; you can disable auto trading and remove stored keys yourself. We may suspend or terminate access (in whole or in part) at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 1–2 and 12–14) survive termination.

16. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, add or remove features at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes may be announced on the site or Discord. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before the competent courts of Belgium — except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you additional rights or a different forum. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
